This also allows us the flexibility to complete ancillary deliverables such as electrical, roofing, ceilings, and lighting to create complete retrofits and mechanical room additions. We have completed many municipal projects including pre-planning and budgeting, design, and installation of complete HVAC, plumbing, and controls, matching the expectations and budget parameters of each project manager, facility manager, and maintenance manager we partner with.
Our goal is to create secure environmental conditions that protect high-level data. To achieve this, we deliver professional maintenance and repair services in collaboration with a broad network of specialized service providers, base administrators, and the Corps of Engineers. We also work with officials within Secure Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and hold an OSHA 30 certification, designating us as Lifetime Certified for work on government installations.
The sequence for both projects minimized the impacts of the occupied building, and we were able to conduct business as usual. Any items that were not foreseen, the Travers Mechanical team was proactive in addressing those issues. The changes in the scope were addressed promptly as not to impact the baseline schedule for the projects and their professionalism was exceptional!
