Within this sizeable multi-story building in Central Phoenix, our Controls team has provided many solutions to many tenants in the building to keep them comfortable and in control of their energy systems. Our services range from providing a Service Contract for the building’s Controls system to ensuring longevity and risk mitigation of downtime. Before maintaining the building’s system, our solution was to replace their Front End and provide a state-of-the-art system. Our scope included providing network controllers, servers, software, and new graphics. Our in-house, thoroughly trained and certified Controls and Energy team performed all engineering and programming for this project. In addition, they assisted the owner in obtaining energy rebates from the local utility company.
